I had a frustrating experience with the bathroom layout. The toilet was uncomfortably close to the sink, making it awkward to use. Overall, it felt like the accommodations did not meet basic expectations.

Brown's Motel did have a homemade vibe, and it was a real hoot seeing the retro bathroom tile—talk about a blast from the past! The room itself was clean and the TV, despite lacking a remote, brought some classic entertainment. Plus, the picnic tables out back were just begging for a good ol' sandwich and a cold drink.

Now, let's get real—the Wi-Fi was MIA when we needed it most, leaving us to scratch our heads. And that bathroom? More like an obstacle course with the toilet shoved up next to the sink—talk about cozy in a not-so-fun way. The shower? Small enough that you couldn't turn without a strategy session. Definitely not the happily-ever-after we hoped for.

I really enjoyed my two nights here, especially the comfortable bed and the microwave in the room—it was super convenient for late-night snacks! The patio area and bbq facilities were perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The only downside was the slightly outdated decor, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

I had a relaxing night in a standard room with lovely blue colors. The original hardwood floors added charm! The picnic area was a nice spot to chill, but the shower could've had better water pressure. Overall, a decent place for a solo traveler looking for affordability.
